Never, never underestimate the diet habbit. There is a saying: garbage in, garbage out. It’s kind of common sense, right? Even if you have the most
experienced and skillful doctor in the world to treat you, but if you are haviny deep fried or processed food every day, the treatment might be useless. Even you get better after the treatment, the problem might come back easily. Some people pay a lot of attention to diet, by eating a lot of raw vegetable and fruits, without any intake of meat or protein or grain products or drink too much cold juice. They think it’s healthier, but in reality it’s not. According to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory, different color, shape, taste, parts, raw or cooked could benefit one organ, yet harm the other, which might cause imbalance. While a general balanced diet with different food group varieties is recommended to everyone, ideally particular avoidance or preference would be suggested according to your own situation.
